Licca-chan (pronounced Rika-chan), is a really popular dress-up doll from Japan that's been in production since the 1960's! 

Here, Licca-chan is cosplaying as Frieren, the magical elf from the hit manga and anime Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. 

A Licca-chan doll is usually about 22cm, or 8.6" tall.
